The location was AMAZING, steps from major attractions. I found local dishes during breakfast and a large selection. The rooftop restaurant provided a GREAT view. The friendly staff gave local activity tips.
The tram noise started early. The double glazing was insufficient.

the front desk staff was helpful arranging taxis. the spa facilities provided a relaxing experience. breakfast had good variety. the room was cleaned daily , a definite plus.
the bathroom toiletries were not consistently replenished , which was inconvenient.

warm welcome early room convenient location
Utkan welcomed my son and me with open arms. he arranged an early room. i was grateful. the breakfast included many selections and facilities. They were good. the location proved superb with main sites and transport so close. it made seeing everything together convenient.

the hotel is in the city center. it is within walking distance to all the main sights. the rooms are updated and decorated nicely. the breakfast had lots of local dishes with plenty of options.
the gym was small, with minimal equipment and limited space for workouts.

Acceptable Location, But Issues Exist
inadequate soundproofing small room
The location proved convenient for accessing various attractions (a definite plus).
The noise was a problem. The trams ran early and late. The soundproofing wasn't adequate, and it was like the tram stop was right in the room. I think the room was quite small, too (not ideal when you need space to move around).

The location was great. It's close to major attractions, a short walk away. the tram stop is also very close, just two minutes away if you want to use public transport. the breakfast had fresh products. the staff was helpful, i appreciated that.
The pool and sauna were quite small. the windows were not good. I could hear everything and it was really loud. it was hard to sleep. i didn't receive the room upgrade that i had booked. this was really disappointing.
